​Prayer to Our Mother of Perpetual Help

O Blessed Virgin Mary, who, in order to inspire us with unbounded confidence,

wished to take the sweet name of Mother of Perpetual Help, I beg you to help me

at all times and in all places: in my temptations, after my falls, in my difficulties,

in all the miseries of life and especially at the moment of my death.

Give me, O charitable Mother, the thought and the habit of always turning to you;

for I am sure that, if I invoke you faithfully, you will be faithful to help me.

So obtain for me this grace of graces, the grace to pray to you unceasingly

and with the confidence of a child, so that, by the virtue of this faithful prayer,

I may obtain your Perpetual Help and final perseverance.

Bless me, O tender and helping mother, and pray for me,

now and at the hour of my death. Amen.
