Redemptorist Associates Meeting Held in St. John’s
On Thursday, April 3, 2025 the Redemptorist Associates at St. Teresa’s Parish in St. John’s (NL) met for their monthly gathering. The group meets on the first Thursday of each month. This month we welcomed a guest, our mission preacher, Fr Ivan Dzhur, C.Ss.R. The topic for this month was “Where do we find good information about what’s going on in our Redemptorist world?” The leaders for the session were Anne Walsh and Fr Tony Bidgood, C.Ss.R. Using a computer and a large projection screen, they guided the group through various Redemptorist media sources from around the world. Together, we explored Scala News, Common Home TV, and the resource is available on various provincial and Conference websites and Facebook pages. There was lots of discussion and questions, and people found it a very informative and helpful session.
