On May 9, 1987 Fr. Dmytro Dnistrian, C.Ss.R. was ordained to the priesthood by Metropolitan Stephan Sulyk at Sts. Peter & Paul Parish in Jersey City, New Jersey. Parishioners, Redemptorist confreres, eparchial clergy and friends gathered to celebrate the 25th anniversary of this event at Ss. Peter & Paul Parish, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan where Fr. Dmytro is currently pastor.

Over 200 people gathered to pray the Moleben to the Mother of God during which Fr. Provincial Larry Kondra, C.Ss.R. preached. A wonderful atmosphere of hospitality, food and friendship was enjoyed in the Parish Hall. A short program allowed representatives of various parish organizations to greet Fr. Dmytro who then had the last word.

We wish Fr. Dmytro many more years of health and happiness in God’s service!!
